Lets start some new threads please and talk about our love of old and new Dark rides. This board needs new blood and topics. So what does everyone think of the new articles on this website. I think they are pretty good. I amy even go into Stillwalk Manor this summer.

My wife and I recently got back from a trip to Gatlinburg Tennessee and I was surprised to see some nice haunted attractions there. There was two large walk-through attractions, and one haunted animatronic show. There was even a ride-through dark-ride in Dollywood that reminded me of the Golden Nugget Mine ride. The ride was a combination of dark-ride, roller coaster, and water ride. It was very unique.

Tell us more about those attractions. Got any pictures of them? Sounds alot like Niagra falls stuff to me.

Gatlinburg did remind me of Niagara Falls....I bet Robert would love it there. The Dollywood attraction was beyond Niagara Falls rides though. The Dollywood Ride was themed after fire-fighting. Most of the stunts depicted things on fire...much like Pirates of the Caribbean. I did not take my camera in the ride....although I wish I did.
I have outside pics of all the attractions, although the haunted attractions did not allow inside pictures. Since they had several people inside trying to scare you, I didn't want to get thrown out of the ride for taking pictures.
I hope to add the outside pictures to the site soon. The one haunted attraction looked like the Psycho house. It was very large.
