Besides being obsessed with Castle Dracula and all other juicy 70's and 80's Wildwood dark attracions and all other things that go bump in the night, I also collect vintage monster toys. Here is a pic of a "Castle Dracula" doll like the one pictured on the site. This one still has a sticker on his cape that says "Castle Dracula". I'm not sure if this one came from Wildwood originally, I got it from someone in CA. Here is a pic of some of the other sizes of Dracaula dolls made by Commonwealth toys. The smallest is the "Castle Dracula" doll, the Middle just has a Dracula sticker, and the large one has the same except he came in a cardboard coffin. There was also a talking version of the large doll. Same exact doll except it had a pull string and a sticker placed over the loge on the box that said "Talking Dracula"

I just realized what that is! Thats a modified "6 Cat". The "6 cat" is a carnival game where you throw a ball at these strange looking dolls with hair on the sides which trick you into thinking they are going to fall back when you hit them with a ball. These games are often times rigged to make you fail at the game so the game owner can "win" your money.
At least thats my guess, it sure does look like a "6 cat" doll! Infact there might have been a whole Draculas Castle "6 cat" game and these are the left overs which they decided to sell.

I too had one of these dolls but lost it sometime ago. I think it was free when you purchased a larger number or a castle book of tickets for the castle, the screem machine, the dungeon, and tubes of terror. All of those rides are sorely missed. Nice to see the doll again.
