home.comcast.net/~castlealan/kovic.htmlIt wasn't going to be Castle Dracula, but it was going to be something scary. Why couldn't they do what Morey's just did? Morey has more money? I'm guessing this project fell through as it seems now that the Nickels are done as they lost the court battle and Supercade, Paul's Idaho Fries is closing, and one rumor is that they are moving to Seaside. How much longer could they have gone on anyway? Aren't they in their 60's now? And it would be very unlikely that a family friendly water park would even want to build a horror attraction. I'm surprised that in the beginning, year 2000, they (Andrew Weiner/Wild Waves, LLC) advertised their water park as family friendly, yet they had Castle Dracula right there. I remember something hilarious from June, 1996 or 1998: Me and my brother were about to go on the Dungeon boat, and a group of young people, teens I think were running to the Dungeon with Morey wristbands and a guy said to them "This is Nickels Midway Pier". Like they thought Morey wristbands were good for Castle Dracula, lol.
