The gold mine is gone. There is not to much left of the old dorney. Its funny cause there are rumors now that one of there new thrill rides are being taken out of the park cause it never is up and running!

It looks like they are getting ready to poor the cement slab in the old dorney masion spot. Things change so quickly sometimes. Im not sure they did the best thing with this area. A bigger subway? Come on man!

When it comes to any improvements or ideas anywhere, "money talks". I can't even tell you how many times I've been depressed over so-called improvements at these places. Nothing is ever the same anymore. I still like these parks the way they used to be.

Just read over all these posts and I can hear and feel the fraustration in everyone. Just take my word for it, No matter how you feel, "change" is going to come and there's basically noyhing you can do about it. SO much, that I remember in my life, is gone. And it's really sad. If it wasn't for photography, who would remember? It's really sad but, sadly to say, that's the way life is. And when the kids in this generation get older, they'll probably say the same things we're saying. Nothing can stop it; especially when you're talking MORE MONEY.
